These terms apply when you buy from jacopodondi.com.au. The store is run by Jacopo Dondi Pty Ltd (ABN 39 612 007 137), Level 25, 100 Mount Street, North Sydney NSW 2060, Australia (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded.
Prices and GST
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. GST is currently charged on all orders, including international orders.
- Shipping is charged separately at checkout, as set out on our Shipping & Delivery page.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders we’ve already accepted.
- If a price is clearly displayed in error, we’ll contact you before processing the order, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
Payment
Payment is taken by card at checkout through Revolut. Your order is processed once payment is approved.
Order acceptance
When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item can’t be supplied, the delivery destination is one we don’t ship to, or we suspect fraud). If we do, we’ll let you know and refund anything you’ve paid for that order.
Sold out items
Sold out items can’t be ordered. If an item you’ve ordered turns out to be unavailable, we’ll contact you and give you a full refund for it.
Shipping and delivery
We ship with Australia Post. Rates, dispatch times, delivery estimates and the countries we don’t ship to are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates. Please make sure your delivery address is correct.
Duties and import taxes
- United States: US duties & handling (22% of the order value) are charged at checkout and prepaid by us, so there’s nothing to pay on delivery.
- All other international destinations: any import duties, taxes or fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are payable on arrival.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Our change of mind returns policy and how to return a faulty item are set out on our Returns & Refunds page. Our 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects is set out on our Warranty page. Both are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Product information
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Please follow the care information provided, including that the Cambio is rated 3 ATM (30 m), splash resistant only.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we’re not liable for any loss or damage that isn’t reasonably foreseeable.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
